“Stop Motion Animation” is a traditional shooting technique that we shoot consecutive frames by moving puppets and props (and sometimes the camera itself) in a very small amount between frames.
We built a Stop Motion Animation Studio in order for us to create various works including TV commercials, TV programs such as “Domo”, films such as “Komaneko”, and even photograph books, using this shooting technique.
We renovated a garage into 3 studios, a workshop room, and a meeting room, and bought a set of shooting equipments.
It has now become our studio and office, where we can create not only TV commercials, but also high resolution TV programs and films.
We call it “Dosta”, because it is a dwarf's studio.
